The intensity of the rainfall can have large local differences:
– From the night to Monday, around 30 cm of snow is expected during a 24-hour period, locally up to 40 cm, they write in the warning.
The meteorologists have the following advice:
- Protect vulnerable installations and objects that cannot withstand the expected amount of snow.
- Allow some extra time for transport and driving.
- Use the right tires and drive according to the conditions.
