NRK. VG also have sources on the same.

It was Thursday afternoon that the man attacked two teachers with a knife. Both victims are women.

According to VG, it must have been during a conversation between the student and the two teachers that the student pulled out a knife and attacked.

The one teacher was first defined as critically injured by the health service’s emergency manager, but later that evening the police described her as seriously injured. The other teacher was slightly injured.

Pleads partially guilty

The man is charged with attempted murder and grievous bodily harm.

– I do not wish to comment on details of the case, but can confirm that he pleads guilty to bodily harm and not to attempted murder, the man’s defender, lawyer Peter Sekulic, told NTB.

The accused was questioned on Friday afternoon, according to NRK. Sekulic informs VG that the accused has given a long, thorough and detailed explanation of what happened.

Agreed to four weeks imprisonment

The man has agreed that the prison meeting on Saturday will take place as office business, meaning that the accused will not be present. He has agreed to the police’s demand for a four-week ban on letters and visits, according to the defender.

Hege Salomon has been appointed as legal counsel for the two women. Salomon informs NTB that she has been in contact with the two victims, but that she does not wish to comment further on the case at this time.
