The latest free offer in the Epic Games Store is a small piece of Norway. More specifically, it is about the horror game Among the Sleep, from developer Krillbite.

If you want a copy, just drop by the game’s listing in the Epic store. Here you press the button marked “Get”, log in with an Epic account and then your game is for share and ownership.
The offer lasts until Thursday 28 October. For the record, Among the Sleep: Enhanced Edition is handed out, the upgraded version of the game that came out in 2017.
Horror and small children
Among the Sleep was originally launched in 2014. The game puts you in the shoes of a two-year-old, who wakes up in the middle of the night and embarks on a gruesome inspection through a dark house.
Our reviewer was well pleased with the experience, but reported a somewhat uneven quality level.
– Among the Sleep is probably not the horror many had expected. This is not Amnesia with a baby in the lead role, but a game that has a very real message it wants to convey. And I think it manages, even though I have problems with parts of the implementation, wrote Joachim Froholt.
