The tools that every cocktail lover loves must be part of a permanent set that allows the precision of each and every component to create a perfect taste and to celebrate the flavors of freedom, straight from the ocean, the pool areas or the elegant bars on board, the following tools should be first equipped:
Stainless steel shaker that includes a built-in strainer and hermetic closure – 750 ml
Jigger – measuring cup for precise pouring of drinks
Ice tongs – 16.5 cm
Mixing spoon – 20 cm
Spiral cocktail strainer – 14 cm
Flat head professional muddler – 20.5 cm
PINEAPPLE COCONUT MOJITO drink recipe
Component:
3 slices of lemon lime
0.5 OZ Simple Syrup
1.25 OZ coconut rum
1 OZ pineapple juice
ice
6 mint leaves
mix
Preparation:
Put the lemon slices with the simple syrup and evaluate them together.
Add the coconut rum, pineapple juice, ice and mint leaves and mix everything well.
Add soda and garnish with a pineapple slice and a few mint leaves.
Recipe for cocktail Glacier Blue NCL – BLUE GLACIER
Component:
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.25 passion fruit puree
0.25 oz simple syrup
0.25 oz triple sec liqueur
0.5 oz vodka
0.5 oz Bacardi Spiced Rum
0.5 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
Add ice and mix
Pour into a glass of ice
Add lemon soda to the wine
Add some Kirsoo blue
and garnish with a lemon and orange wedge
User manual:
Fill a glass full of ice. Measure and pour all the ingredients, except for the blue curacao and the soda. Shake well. Then pour into a glass with fresh ice. Top with lemon-lime soda and blue curacao. To finish, decorate with an orange slice.
SIDE CAR / SIDE CAR COCKTAIL recipe
Component:
0.75 oz squeezed lemon juice
0.75 oz Cointreau Orange Liqueur
1.5 oz brandy
Preparation:
Moisten the outer side of the glass with a little orange juice and roll in sugar.
Put all the ingredients in a glass, mix and pour into another glass with ice and garnish with an orange peel.
