DALLAS ∙ Most North Texas schools have been closed for the second day in a row (Tuesday) as the snow and cold temperatures that began Sunday night continue. The authorities announced Tuesday as a holiday for several schools, including Dallas ISD and Garland ISD. Snow is expected to return to the roads after temperatures drop on Monday night.
