North Korea says the launch of a spy satellite for Seoul’s military use failed. The Sheolima One satellite was launched at 6.27 am on Wednesday. The Korean Central News Agency reported that the launch failed in the first stage and the rocket with the satellite fell into the sea. Within 14 minutes of launch, there were indications that the attempt had failed. People have been ordered to move to safe places, including the South Korean capital Seoul.
