Kim Jong Un is the supreme leader of North Korea since December 28, 2011. He officially succeeded his father, Kim Jong Il, who died at the age of 70.
After the death of his father, Kim Jong Un was dubbed the ‘Great Successor’ of North Korea who became the youngest head of state in the world. He holds the status of a leader of the country at the age of 38 years.
Kim Jong Un and his family are very secretive and away from the international spotlight. But recently, Kim Jong Un’s appearance has successfully attracted public attention.

1. Look skinny in meetings
Kim Jong Un’s appearance became a conversation after an NK News media correspondent, Colin Zwirko uploaded a video showing KCTV. In the video, Kim Jong Un is seen walking down a corridor leading to a meeting room.
The agenda for the meeting which took place in early June was discussed because the figure of Kim Jong Un is considered to be much more visible which. He was wearing a black safari shirt which looked much looser than usual.
This immediately caught the attention of the people of North Korea. They even showed unexpected reactions. The North Koreans were sad and wept to see Kim Jong Un getting thinner.
“Seeing the leader look thinner and thinner broke our hearts. Everyone said they had tears in their eyes,” a North Korean told KRT television, quoted by Reuters.
