Director Kim Gunn said in his opening remarks that the international community will never recognize North Korea as a nuclear power and that if (North Korea) had such a hope, it would be nice to wake up and face reality.
“The international community has firmly adhered to the common goal of denuclearizing North Korea for 30 years and there will be no review for another million years,” he said.
