North Korea launches ballistic missile again after aerial tests between Seoul and Washington
North Korea has carried out a new launch of a ballistic missile this Sunday, as confirmed by the General Staff of the South Korean Army and the Japanese Government.
The model of the missile, which flies in the direction of the Sea of Japan, has not yet been specified.according to the official South Korean news agency, Yonhap.
The Japanese Government has issued an emergency alert this Sunday through the Twitter account of the office of the Japanese Prime Minister, Fumio Kishida.
This new launch, if confirmed, would take place one day after another test “surprise”according to Pyongyang, from an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM).
It should be remembered that, in response to the launch of the ICBM, the United States has carried out military maneuvers in recent hours with at least one B-1B strategic bomber and other military aircraft from both South Korea and Japan.
This same Sunday, Kim Yo Jong, the sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, had accused Washington of exacerbating tension in the area through these exercises.
“How long North Korea and the Pacific last as a firing range is up to the United States,” according to Kim’s statements, also collected by Yonhap.
