(ANSA) – ROME, MAY 29 – North Korea has despatched over 150 balloons loaded with garbage throughout the inter-Korean border, as a part of the “promise” of “blow-by-blow motion” towards the anti-Pyongyang leaflets launched periodically by Southern activists within the territory of the Hermit State.
