South Korea accuses its northern neighbor of a provocation that threatens peace.

North Korea launched two ballistic missiles early Monday morning, South Korea’s army says. The primary of the missiles was a short-range ballistic missile, the latter an unidentified ballistic missile.
North Korea launched the primary missile at 5:05 a.m. native time (10:05 p.m. Finnish time) northeast of South Hwanghae province. One other was launched from the identical space 10 minutes later, South Korea’s army chiefs of workers mentioned in an announcement, in line with the Reuters information company.
The primary missile flew about 600 kilometers and the second 160 kilometers.
