North Korea announced, Thursday, the failure of its second attempt in months to put a satellite into Earth’s orbit, according to state media, saying that the problem was not a “significant matter” and vowing to launch another successful one in October.
“The missile’s flight in the first and second stages was normal, but the launch failed due to a fault in the emergency detonation system during the third stage,” the North’s Korean Central News Agency reported.
