（ＣＮＮ） South Korean Foreign Minister Park Jin warned on Thursday that Russia’s invasion of Ukraine was emboldening North Korea.
He made the remarks at a debate at the Munich Security Conference in Germany on the same day.
“The invasion of Ukraine, and the international interest that accompanies it, has, as we can see, spurred Kim Jong-un’s North Korea to launch offensive missiles, including intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs). I said I was helping.
The US government and others confirmed on the 18th that North Korea conducted a test launch of a long-range ballistic missile on the same day. It was a flagrant violation of numerous UN Security Council resolutions.
