At the beginning of the year the couple of actors Norman Reedus and Diane Kruger decided to put a house up for sale which they bought in 2018 in West Village, New York.

The lack of interested parties made the actors will lower the price of the residence from almost $13 million dollars to $12.5 million dollarsjust slightly more than the $11.75 million they paid four years ago.

According to Dirt.com, the downgrade was made just before the couple traveled to the Cannes Film Festival last month.

The same medium says that the construction of this property dates back to 1837 and was originally for a dry goods merchant.

The couple also recently sold a large mansion in Los Angeles for $8.9 million dollars; however they still share an enviable real estate portfolio including two properties in New York and a large mansion in Atlanta.

the main house has a total extension of 3,850 square feet distributed over four floors with four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, storage area, office and other amenities.

This property stands out for its original wide-plank wood floors, six fireplaces, 10-foot ceilings and other details that make the place a true treasure.

The main room is striking thanks to its marble covered private bathroom and vintage-inspired.

A striking space in the house is its terrace with enough space to enjoy the outdoors and a barbecue area where the new owners can spend Sunday afternoons.

The sale of this property will surely become another great success for the couple who are still very active in the recording studios with big projects.
