Came shopping at Normal from Laxou, a customer is delighted. She left with dishwasher capsules, washing-up liquid, cleaning cloths, anti-aging cream and hydroalcoholic hand gel.

It’s advantageous, there are good things, ”rejoices Mauricette, 75 years old. Another Nancy client leaves with shower gel and shampoo. She thinks she’ll come back for makeup because “it’s worth it!” “.
Janine came out of curiosity, like many other customers. She scrutinizes the prices of shampoos and body lotions. “It is sure that it is interesting in terms of price. It’s cheaper by at least €1 to €1.50,” says the resident of Nancy.
They expected “smaller prices”
Stéphanie came from Seichamps especially for the opening. Asked by Lorraine News, she says she “expected lower prices”. She is not the only one to hold this same speech.
The mother thought she would find products similar to what the Action brand offers, but cheaper. However, according to her, this is not necessarily the case. In terms of the price of shower gels, deodorants, moisturizers, body milks, the resident of Greater Nancy says she is “a little disappointed”.
In addition, several customers interviewed by Lorraine News expressed a lack of fluidity in the layout of the shelves inside the store.
However, given the attendance on this first day of opening, the Normal store will have time to adapt over the next few days to best meet the expectations of its customers.
