The Norwegian is being punished for nine rapes, one negligent rape, eleven cases of buying sex and serious fraud, Expressen reports.
During the trial in Värmland, he had to answer for offenses against a total of 26 different women.
According to Expressen, he has presented himself as a rich man, and among other things offered to be their “sugar daddy”. He allegedly pretended to be a pilot, lawyer and former model.
In reality, he spent most of his time seeking out women via the internet from his house in Värmland, writes the Swedish newspaper.
The Norwegian has previously denied any offence, but is said to have admitted to having lied to the women and to have explained that he tricked them into having sex without paying.
– I want confirmation all the time. I want psychiatric help because once I start something I can’t stop. But it has nothing to do with rape. It’s that I want confirmation, he says.
According to Expressen, the man was sentenced in January to two years in prison in a Norwegian court, for around 20 frauds against women he met before the corona pandemic.
