Listed construction company Nordecon has signed a contract with Rotermann Pluss for the design and construction of the Golden Gate office building in Tallinn. The total cost is 23.5 million. EUR (plus VAT) and the works will be completed in the spring of 2025.
Golden Gate the gross area of the office building with 6 above-ground and 2 underground floors is about 19,500 square meters. Commercial areas and restaurants with outdoor terraces are planned on the first floor of the building, and class A office premises on the upper floors. The parking lot is planned underground, while a green terrace will be created on the roof of the building. Golden Gate the office building is being built according to the LEED Gold environmental certificate.
