Nora Ikstena’s novel “Water Glitter” / Article / LSM.lv has been published

The book “Water Glitter” by the writer Nora Iksten has been published, the publishing house “Dienas grāmata” informed.

“Water Glitter” is a novel – a vision of the search for a new field of existence. In middle age, everything seems to have already survived, but the horizons of fulfillment are still behind the frighteningly unattainable horizon. The heroine of the novel – or, more precisely, the heroines, because the main image is created in metaphorical reproduction as an endless series of mirror images, each deliberately showing different features – Dace Sparāne-Freimane.

The artist of the book is Katrīna Vasilevska, it uses motifs from Aivars Vilipsōna’s graphics.
