Consumer-oriented management certification from the Fair Trade Commission in recognition of the protection of the financially vulnerable groups
The Nonghyup Bank’s Jeonbuk Headquarters announced on the 21st that NH Nonghyup Bank has acquired the Consumer Centered Management (CCM) certification administered by the Fair Trade Commission in recognition of its efforts to practice consumer-oriented management.
The CCM certification is a system operated by the Korea Consumer Agency and certified by the Fair Trade Commission as a system that examines and certifies every two years whether a company thinks from a consumer’s perspective and is improving the system.
Nonghyup Bank systematized the CCM with the vision of’Beloved No. 1 National Bank’, and by striving to establish a corporate social responsibility and integrity organizational culture, it has obtained CCM certification three times in a row since the first new certification in the banking sector in 2016.
Jang Ki-yo, head of the Jeonbuk Headquarters of Nonghyup Bank, said, “Nonghyup Bank will take the lead in achieving the best customer satisfaction by actively practicing consumer protection and consumer-oriented management as a leading socially responsible bank.”
