DISTRICT OF GÄNSERNDORF For two young talents from the district of Gänserndorf, this year’s casting show “NÖN seeks the greatest talent” was a complete success. Cornelia Baum (13) from Strasshof took third place in the grand finale, Polina Kuleshova, also 13, from Gänserndorf was able to celebrate fourth.
Already at the first casting in the Raiffeisenbank Gänserndorf, juror Andy Mark Baum had “a hammer voice and a great expression”. At that time she performed “All I Want” by Kodaline and the “Fight Song” by Rachel Platten. At the grand finale in Wieselburg, Baum finally shone with “Danny Boy” and won a weekend for two people, including travel by stretch limousine.
Kuleshova – she sang “Bohemian Rhapsody” in the finals – was enthusiastic about the organization of the event: “That was my first big competition and an incredible experience. Going all the way from start to finish has been a great pleasure for me. I always believed in myself, ”the girl sums up.
And further: “To be fourth out of a total of 800 participants is really a cool thing.”
