In the article, “Within the precautions taken to limit the epidemic due to the increase of Kovid-19 cases in our country, until the second announcement, all elective (non-mandatory) surgeries in our hospitals and all elective polyclinic appointments are stopped, the cases that are not obliged to be followed up in the hospital are discharged. The decision was made by the Hospitals Board of Directors. ”
