The 22nd edition of the Insurance Trophies is getting ready and you can contribute to propose the Personality of the Year or the Young Manager of 2023.
Who can be the personality of the year?
This is an employee who has been noticed between June 2022 and today by: a major strategic commitment, a societal and civic commitment and/or for equal opportunities, a position statement, a major action, a course, results that have value as an example,… or any other reason.
Who can be the young manager?
This is a manager under the age of 46, who has marked between June 2022 and today through his action: a forward-looking commitment, an innovative policy and/or project, a digital commitment, and/or a professional career /a professional progression, a success in business, a remarkable action/initiative, an innovative management/management technique.
Personality of the Year, Young Manager suggestions will be voted on by a jury of industry professionals.
