Dressed in marquis and marquise, they went by motorized carriage to the outskirts of the Parc de la Pépinière under a radiant sun and by 16 degrees. To believe that spring was just waiting for them to show the tip of its nose!
It was on the square with the golden gates that they joined Tori Hooper, their Ukrainian friend, photographer by profession, for a walk in the historic center of the city. “Our goal is to make us happy, of course, but also to bring a touch of good humor on this special day and make people smile,” explains Isabelle.

Indeed, the two friends only met smiles on their way, many compliments and encouragement in the face of this unusual project.
They willingly granted numerous requests for photos with children and grandmas, lovers or students and a few tourists who were amazed to meet these two characters who blended in perfectly with the decor. “In the end, people don’t dare, but they are eager and delighted with this fantasy,” remarks Patrice.
After posing under Tori’s expert eye in various strategic places, our marquis went to the terrace to have a well-deserved snack, under the amused gaze of passers-by who encouraged them to do it again next year.
Joy and good humor being contagious will they be emulated? Who knows ? !
