Nokia’s new flagship phone launches November 11th?

Jakarta: HMD Global is having a tough time building Nokia’s flagship smartphone. After the Nokia 9 PureView failed to attract market attention, a number of information regarding the successor of this device circulated.

A number of these smartphones include the Nokia 9.1, 9.2 and recently 9.3 PureView, and each of the information about these devices was followed by rumors of a delay in launch, although for now those rumors have stopped.

Now, according to reports ITHome quoted GSM Arena, HMD is preparing a flagship 5G device that will be launched in China on November 11, aka Singles Day, a big shopping festival in the bamboo curtain country.

However, this is not just a rumor, because the information comes from a statement submitted by the Product Manager of HDM China Zhang Yucheng. Unfortunately, Zhang did not provide more detailed information regarding this device.

The smartphone is rumored to not be following the 9.3 naming scheme, indicating that HMD Global has moved on from that naming. This device is rumored to be present as the X-series.

A device called Nokia X50 is expected to come with a 108MP camera and be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 775 chipset. Other rumored specs include Zeiss optics on the main, telephoto, and ultra-wide cameras.

In addition, this device is also rumored to come with a 6.5-inch screen, 1440p + resolution and refresh rate 120Hz, and a 6,000 mAh battery.

These specs are more powerful when compared to HMD’s recently launched devices, and better than the X20 and X10, although they’re not among the top flagships.

One of the latest rumors claims that the Nokia X70 phone will get a special sensor designed in conjunction with Nokia Technology. This opportunity is considered by some to be interesting and worrying at the same size, considering that the PureView camera was designed specifically for the Nokia 9.
