Roughly two years ago, the Nokia XR20 debuted, which was a mid-range smartphone with a durable design. Now we finally got news about the sequel, which will be called the Nokia XR30. THE WinFuture thanks to you, we can also share pictures and specifications with you regarding the mobile.
The Nokia XR30 can be seen in black and green shades in the images just published. We don’t want to be too hasty, but at first glance, the German journalist colleagues got their hands on footage that looked quite official. The design of the new device is a little different from the design of its predecessor, but the front camera, for example, ends up inside a similar cutout.
According to assumptions, Nokia’s mobile phone will still meet the IP68 rating, excellently resistant to water and dust attacks, and it will receive a cover worthy of MIL-STD-810H military classification against other influences. The Nokia XR20 also boasted the same ratings.
As you can see in the pictures, the power and volume control keys are located on the right side of the device, while on the opposite side there is a single solitary button, which will presumably be programmable. The back of the Nokia XR30 is adorned with a 64-megapixel main camera, which is assisted by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle unit when taking photos. The selfie camera can shoot self-portraits with a resolution of 16 megapixels.
The Nokia XR30, equipped with a 6.67-inch, Full HD+ resolution, IPS LCD display, houses an unknown chipset inside, along with 6 GB of operational memory and 128 GB of storage. The mobile welcomes us with the Android 13 operating system after the first switch on.
The energy supply can be provided by a 4600 mAh battery, which can be powered by 33 watt chargers. Nokia’s device is said to be sold at a price of $499 (~ HUF 168,000), but it is not yet known when.
Actually, the price/value ratio will depend on the exact hardware installed in the phone, but since the predecessor was powered by a Snapdragon 480, we don’t expect an overly powerful solution this time either.
