Nokia 5 gets new security patch
Nokia promises Android updates for its devices for two years and security updates for three years. With the previous update for the Nokia 5, it seemed that this would be the last software update for the device. The Nokia 5 dates from February 2017, and was released in our country in June 2017.
However, Wijtze informs us that a new security patch has been released for the Nokia 5. The 3.5-year-old device even receives the latest; October 2020 security update. With a size of 258MB, it is also a significant update. As far as is known, no further changes have been made, but security has been improved.
