Finnish company HMD Global unveiled its latest foldable phone, under the name of Nokia 2780 Flip, with a clamshell design and T9 keys.
The phone has a 2.7-inch TFT screen on the inside and a second screen with a 1.77-inch diagonal on the outside, and the cover has room for a single 5-megapixel camera with fixed focus and LED flash. .
The 2780 Flip is powered by a Qualcomm 215 chipset that features a 1.3 GHz quad-core CPU and an X5 LTE modem with maximum downlink speeds of 150 Mbps.
The phone supports VoLTE and RTT – real-time text messages that allow you to send messages during a call.
Nokia has equipped the phone with 512MB of internal memory and 4GB of RAM, although this can be confusing as the feature phone doesn’t need a lot of memory. It runs on KaiOS 3.1 and offers features like FM radio, MP3 support, and 802.11 b / g / n Wi-Fi support.
The 1450mAh battery is removable which is quite rare nowadays.
The Nokia 2780 Flip is very similar to the Nokia 2760 Flip, but the main change here is the support for FM radio, as well as two different colors, red and blue.
