Noerr advises financial investor Axcel on the takeover of the emagine Group by ProData Consult

Noerr advised the Danish private equity investor Axcel on the takeover of the emagine Group by the Axcel portfolio company ProData Consult. The Noerr team around Dr. Tibor Fedke and Dr. Benedikt Vogt accompanied the transaction, which was successfully completed at the beginning of December, together with the Danish partner law firm Plesner. The Berlin partner Tibor Fedke regularly advises on Axcel transactions.

ProData Consult is the leading business and IT consultancy in Northern Europe and has offices in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, Germany and Poland. Sales in 2020 were around 200 million euros. With the emagine Group, ProData Consult takes over a consulting company that specializes in accompanying technology projects. In 2020 the group of companies with its headquarters in Paris and 14 locations in Europe and India achieved a turnover of 150 million euros.
