Noerr advised a consortium led by Bayerische Landesbank (BayernLB) as agent and lender on the financing of the operating company of Munich Airport.
BayernLB and other banks are providing a long-term loan of EUR 175 million to cushion the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.
