Jakarta –
Today dozens of buyers of apartments Meikarta stormed the Nobu Bank office in South Jakarta. They asked for their money back or refund because there is no clarity when the unit will be received.
Meikarta Consumer Care Community Association (PKPKM) legal counsel Rudy Siahaan revealed that these consumers are really asking to refund.
“The request refund, refund because the unit is not clear. Even from Nobu I can’t be sure. If he’s paid off, can you enjoy the guaranteed unit? They are only asking for certainties or to be sent home that they have already paid,” Rudy said when he was contacted on Monday (12/19/2022).
Rudy explained that these consumers have been paying since 2017. Some have even been paid or in installments Meikarta it’s been going on for years.
“The installments continue, some are even paid because some are 5 years, 10 to 15 years. Some died even 2 years ago,” he said.
