Nobody knows but there is the ideal time to wash your laundry: here is which one and why

On specific days of the week and at certain times there is a growth in the demand for electricity by users. Precisely for this reason theARERA has put in place a plan, in which the days are divided into bands and each of these has its cost. So some times have a higher cost than another. Let’s see what these bands are.

We have it first the F1 slot, between Monday and Friday from 8 to 19, is that of peak hours. Next we find the F2 range between 7-8 in the morning, 19-23 from Monday to Friday and 7-23 on Saturdays, excluding holidays, is intermediate. Then there is the F3 slot, 24-7 and 23-24 from Monday to Saturday, Sunday and holidays, all hours of the day are off peak hours. Finally we have the headband F23 (or F2 + F3) 19-8 every day, Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays. This band includes the hours included in bands F2 and F3.

However, the cost also depends on the supply contract. In fact, there are various contracts that you can sign according to what you need, according to your needs. Let’s see what the possible contracts can be.

First we have that monorario, used for those who use the whole day domestic appliances. With this contract you have the same supply cost in all time bands.

We then the two-tier contract, useful for those who use the washing machine to do the laundry and the appliances only in the evening. Indeed, the costs are from F1 during the day and from F2 or F3 in the evening and on weekends.

Finally we have that multi-time, which has three time slots. There is the main one that has higher costs and runs from Monday to Friday from 8 to 19. Then there is the intermediate, with which you save more and that goes from Monday to Friday from 7 to 8 and from 19 to 23 and Saturday from 7 to 23. Finally we have the “off peak”, that is the most convenient and includes consumption from Monday to Saturday from 11 to 7 and all Sundays and public holidays.
