For more than 14 years, the Kardashian-Jenner family was accompanied by cameras in “Keeping Up With The Kardashians”. The youngest daughters of Kris Jenner (66), Kendall (26) and Kylie (24), were twelve and ten years old when they started.
With the new show “The Kardashians”, the family is now starting a new reality show on April 14, this time on Disney +. Now Kendall and Kylie are talking about it with “Momager” Kris Jenner in an interview with the news agency spot on news.
Kendall and Kylie, you grew up around cameras. How do you deal with the fact that your life has been in the public eye since you were a child?
Kylie Jenner: I think it’s definitely a very unusual and interesting way to grow up. But I also have to stress that our family never told us that we had to do anything.
For us it has always been a very natural part of our lives. I can’t imagine it any other way because that’s how I grew up. We have a family that loves and supports us very much.
If we didn’t want to be part of the show, they would all have been okay with it. But we are incredibly lucky that we can all work together.
How do you balance all of your filming responsibilities with your personal life?
Kendall Jenner: I think it can all be very overwhelming at times. Everyone in our family has different jobs alongside the priorities we set in our personal lives. That can quickly become too much. But I think we’ve all found our own individual ways of dealing with it and setting boundaries.
Are there any aspects of your life that are completely private?
Kendall Jenner: I do feel like there are aspects of my life that are private. That’s my intention and I want it to stay that way. My personal relationships are sacred to me. That’s why I keep them out of the public eye as much as possible.
Do you have hidden talents that you have not yet shared with the public?
Kylie Jenner: Kendall and I are a lot more athletic than most would think of us. We are professional snowboarders (laughs). In fact, we can do anything we put our minds to.
Kris Jenner: You are both great cooks too.
Kylie Jenner: Oh yes, I have some very special recipes in store. For example, I love to cook Thanksgiving dinner.
Kris Jenner: Kendall is also a professional horse rider.
Kylie Jenner: And I’m a professional makeup artist! (laughs)
Kendall Jenner: We could go on with this forever. We have a lot of talents, but there are few things we can’t do.
