NO Shotgun and NO Synthesize Stack Review by VPX – Pre and Post Workout Formula – MRAJAH

If there’s one category of bodybuilding supplements that I really like, it’s pre and post workout supplements. The time before and after exercise is an important time to get the right nutrients and supplements into your system. You need the fuel and energy that will support you during your workout and you need the right elements to rebuild and start the recovery process after your workout. Formulated products are a quick and affordable way to do this.

I have tried many different supplements in my life, including various before and after formulas. Since post-workout supplements aren’t supposed to give you a stimulating effect, it’s hard to know if the product really works or not. The important factor here is to make sure you get the essential supplements your body needs to start repairing and recovering after a grueling workout. Some of the important ones are creatine, glutamine, and branched chain amino acids which DO NOT contain shotgun and DO NOT synthesize. However, the pre-workout formula is designed to give you an energy boost. Since my weight loss routine starts at 5am every morning, a pre-workout formula is essential in my supplement program. What I have noticed with many pre-workout formulas is that the effect is generally greater the first few times but decreases afterwards, or you have to dose a lot of product, taking two to three servings. It may be fine, but it can be expensive. Both NO Shotgun and NO Synthesize only recommend one serving, which is another feature that intrigued me to try it.

To date, the most effective products I’ve used for both pre and post workout are NO Shotgun and NO Synthesize from VPX. They are essentially the same product, with the exception that NO Shotgun which is a pre-workout formula contains a Red Line VPX blend made up of stimulants. There are many ingredients in this product, but as I stated, some of the key things I look for are creatine, glutamine, and branched chain amino acids.

Before I started using both products, I tried NO Synthesize on my own, taking half a serving with a few caffeine pills before a workout, then after a full workout. My muscles feel fuller, but mostly I gain strength as I gradually lose fat at the same time. Once I started throwing the NO shotgun, I saw not only an increase in energy, but also sustained energy during my workout, as well as increased strength and fat loss. Sure, my bench didn’t go up 100lbs that week or anything outrageous. But the bottom line is that this product has worked quite well for me and has become a staple in my supplement regimen. I haven’t received any support from this (from VPX or any website I recommend), but the cheapest place I found this supplement was massnutrition.com.
