The Rolling Stones have not been able to find a make-up date for the concert in Bern, Switzerland, which was canceled last week. The band then canceled two concerts, in Bern and in Amsterdam, after frontman Mick Jagger (78) had tested positive for the corona virus.
Dutch Stones fans have been luckier than the Swiss ones. A new date was already announced for the concert in the Johan Cruijff Arena last Wednesday: July 7th. Tickets for the canceled concert in Amsterdam remain valid.
A new date was also sought for the show in Bern. on Twitter the band reports that this was not successful. “The concert organizers searched hard for an alternative date or location, but unfortunately this turned out to be impossible.” Everyone with a ticket gets the money back.
Jagger has now recovered from corona, let the band know. All subsequent concerts will continue as planned.
