Tesla is a truly great company, just like its number one par excellence. We are talking about Elon Musk, who together with the American manufacturer of electric cars, we can say, has greatly influenced the last few years of the automotive market, especially from the point of view of electrical development.

We are therefore absolutely talking about a combination of great value which, however, must slow down a bit in its race towards the future of motoring. Or at least, this is what is shown by a sensational interception made by the British news agency “Reuters”. Apparently, cuts in the Tesla house would be expected, and not even insignificant. So let’s find out what it is and why the US manufacturer risks a not just revolution.

Tesla, 10,000 employees at risk: and no denials have arrived

According to Elon Musk, Tesla’s recession is upon us. Tesla’s CEO would have very bad feelings about the economic situation of the brand and apparently he believes that, if the company wants to remain what it is now, it will have to cut about 10% of the entire workforce. It is a communication that is in some ways sensational, which seems to have been sent by e-mail to all the managers of the company.

Tesla in 2021 had up to 100,000 employees, then they would be forced to leave ten thousand of these, if the source is confirmed. Neither Tesla nor Musk have given explanations about it, at least until now. Not a very easy time for Tesla, with Elon Musk who had already declared a few days ago that all employees had to go back to work in person or otherwise “we will assume that they are fired”.

And now this very delicate source that certainly does not put Tesla in a good position and his most illustrious and full of personality face ever.

We do not doubt that the company will get up in the best possible way, but certainly these uncomfortable statements or situations – if we want – risk putting even more fuel on the fire in what represents from all points of view the symbolic company of automobiles in the development of ‘electric. And it is very important of course, but so is the treatment that employees receive. And in that sense, let’s face it: Elon Musk’s latest statements will have made few people smile.
