A number of women feel insecure about the shape and color of their vagina, afraid of being different from most women’s. In fact, every woman can have a different shape, size, and color of the vagina. Overall, the shape of the vagina that is owned by most women is the same. However, labia length, amount of pubic hair, color, and odor can vary.

1. Form
The outer genital area, as is often the talk of women, actually chose a term called ‘vulva’. The vulva includes structures, such as the labia majora (inner lips) and minora (outer lips). This structure is a fold of skin that surrounds the vaginal opening.
In some people, the labia majora are longer. Usually the pubic lips will hang low and the skin looks thinner. Meanwhile, the outer lips are usually smooth and do not have as many folds as the inner lips. Some people have outer lips that hide the inner lips, sometimes the outer lips will curve and reveal the inner lips. If the outer lips are short, it is not possible to see the inner lips more prominent.
Or because the labia minora in some people make the inner lips short, they will not be so visible from the outside. Meanwhile, if the outer and inner lips are small, the clitoris will be visible.
2. Size
Actually, the size of the vagina can vary in length due to the use of tampons, or finger and penis touching. Size can change as the vagina stretches and lengthens. According to studies, the average vaginal length is under 4 inches. However, some people have a vaginal size of 7 inches, and this is not a problem.
3. Color
Every woman can have different vaginal colors such as burgundy, pink, and wine. The color of the vulva in the vagina can vary depending on blood flow. During arousal, blood flow will increase and make the vulva purplish in color. However, in some cases, women experience discoloration due to a yeast infection that causes the vulva to turn red or purple.
