Material:
100 gr black sticky rice (soak for 6 hours)
2 liters of water
100 gr brown sugar, fine comb
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 pandan leaves, conclude
Coconut Milk Sauce:
60 ml instant coconut milk
50 ml air
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 pandan leaves, conclude

How to make:
1. Wash the sticky rice that has been soaked for 6 hours, set aside.
2. Boil the water, then add the pandan leaves, add the black sticky rice then turn off the heat. Cover the pot and wait 30 minutes.
3. After 30 minutes, open the lid and cook again until the black sticky rice is soft. Then add combed brown sugar and salt (if you like it sweet, you can add sugar).
4. Stir until blended until the brown sugar melts, if the sticky rice is soft, turn off the heat.
5. For the coconut milk sauce: put the thick coconut milk, water, salt, and pandan in a saucepan, cook until it boils, stirring, so that the coconut milk doesn’t break.
6. Pour the black sticky rice porridge into a bowl and then pour the coconut milk sauce.
7. Ready to be served warm or cold.
