Last month, doctors declared Biden, 80, in good health and “fit for work” after a physical examination.
“Basal cell carcinoma does not tend to spread or metastasize,” O’Connor said in a letter released by the White House.
He added that, the biopsy site recovered well.
“There is no need for further treatment,” he said.
