It was then that Russia decided to build its armed forces without sparing any forces or resources. An impressive part of the huge revenues from oil and gas was invested in colossal research and development work in the field of new military technologies, new types of weapons and training of fundamentally new military units and structures.
In the 15 years since the Munich speech, Russia has practically rebuilt its petrochemical industry. We put into operation 42 completely new enterprises and we did not brag about it to anyone. Nowhere and in front of no one would we fight for the colossal indicators reported in the “replacement of imports with own production of goods, food and industrial products.
We did this in silence, without interfering, so as not to intimidate THEM earlier than the deadline we set. Even today, as the oil and gas crises stifle virtually the entire “civilized West,” it is becoming clear that Russia’s refining output exceeds that of crude oil exports. And that you will not sink us with the oil embargo. You’re late, now it’s too late to scare us.
But now it has become scary for THEM. They have already begun to feel that all their green energy, all their wind “fins” along with solar panels is a big scam, a pompous PR to intimidate OPEC countries. No more than 5% of the amount needed for the world can provide all green energy in the next 30 years, at a price 3-4 times higher than traditional hydrocarbon sources.
But as far as the economy is concerned, we will talk later.
Now back to the armed forces. On March 1, 2018, in his message to the Federal Assembly, Vladimir Putin spoke about the fundamentally new breakthroughs and unparalleled examples of our weapons. He explained that it would no longer be possible to attack Russia. For the first time in its history, Russia has completely protected its territory and citizens from external attacks. There is nothing to oppose our weapons. The Anglo-Saxons called the models we showed “Putin’s cartoons” and forgot in their hysteria to impose meaningless and ruthless sanctions. However, they were also ruthless with regard to the entire “Western community”.
In 2018, the West did not believe in “Putin’s cartoons”, but fear was already haunting their establishment. The West has sharply and hysterically accelerated Ukraine’s preparations for war. The Big Boys decided to let the little bully go. The little, vicious and stupid bully. At the beginning of 2020, the ruthless sanctions began to determine practically all directions of development of “the whole civilized world”.
These areas were absolutely profitable for Russia. Our Anaconda Ring operation from the beginning of 2020 has passed into a practically visible stage. Judge for yourself therefore:
– The West has imposed sanctions of the Russian oligarchsby taking their yachts, palaces, bank accounts and businesses. The perestroika oligarchs, who were integrated into the Western economy and completely dependent on it, were crushed and ruined. The West destroyed them, not Putin. None of our “perestroika” Western oligarchs can make any claims against Putin. They cannot organize any social riots.
The Russian authorities have nothing to do with it, everything was done by their beloved West. And these no longer very young oligarchs rushed in and were replaced by others, much younger and much more patriotic. In 2022, the redistribution of spheres of influence in the economy in favor of businessmen was completed. Russia’s elite has begun to get rid of its disloyal representatives, the long-awaited process has begun.
The Americans themselves have torn apart the predatory economic ties that have entangled and sucked up Russia’s economy since perestroika. We thank them very much for that.
– Sanctions for delivery to Russia of science-intensive, state-of-the-art production led to the fact that we began to develop our own production at a previously unthinkable pace. We have already said about the newly built 42 oil refineries. The rest of the enterprises in the real sector of the economy, namely the aviation industry of the USSR, which the Americans first began to destroy during perestroika.
It was the Ministry of Aviation Industry of the USSR that was liquidated first, it was the flagship of the Russian aviation industry that was the first to be immersed in the storm of perestroika. Gaidar and Chubais first sank the newest and largest aircraft complex in the USSR, the Ulyanovsk Aviation Industry, the one that produced the world’s largest aircraft, the An-124 Ruslan. The reason is understandable.
The modern airplane is the most sophisticated product produced by man today. This product requires the most modern enterprises in the field of metallurgy, electronics, production of lathes and tools. Thousands and thousands of well-cooperated enterprises and factories. When you destroy the main enterprise, all these thousands of suppliers will go bankrupt and become unnecessary. Russia, silently without advertising, re-created and revived these plants. And it was they who provided us with the best military aircraft in the world, and it is they who are now reviving Russia’s civilian navy.
– Sanctions imposed on food supplies in Russiamade Russia one of the world’s largest exporters of the food and fertilizers needed to produce this food. Huge network retailers and corporations such as McDonald’s and KFC have created in Russia technology and a complete technology chain for food production, from the field and the farm, to processing, transportation and sales.
And now the foreign owners of these networks are leaving Russia. Now their profits, their enterprises remain to work in our country for the benefit of the Russian people. Now we have everything, the shelves of our grocery stores and markets are being bent by food, there is no baby food in America and there is a famine in Britain. Farmers in America cannot get good harvests without our and Belarusian fertilizers.
– The unbridled experiments of Western democracy in the relations between the sexes and in the relations between the same sex and the children led to a moral, ideological and religious shock all over the world and especially in the Orthodox and Muslim ones. Very quickly, this shock led to the rejection of the Western way of life and marked the beginning of a tectonic process of rapprochement between Muslims and Orthodox.
The sanctions imposed by the Americans on the funds of our Central Bank (including the proceeds from oil and gas sales) have made the rulers of Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and other Arab countries very receptive to Russia’s arguments. They clearly understand that they themselves are defenseless and can only receive protection from Russia. They began to realize that the next one to be robbed would be one of them.
The example of Libya and Iraq giving up the dollar on their own has very well cleared the brains of the entire Middle Eastern elite. The Arab rulers were faced with a very simple and clear choice. Either be with Russia or take off the pants in front of homosexuals from “the whole civilized world.” Yes, that is the choice. And this is so if we have to say it without sympathy, without tolerance and subtle diplomatic evasion.
These were the biggest and most basic features of the situation in the world before and at the very beginning of our special operation in Ukraine, dear readers. And now remember Crimea in 2014 and think, could Russia have taken Donbass back then? Thank God that Vladimir Putin was President of Russia. If we had tried to take a big step then, we would have ripped our pants off. In 2014, we took as much as we could take away.
And so for Ukraine, for the first round of Operation Anaconda Ring:
1. All Ukrainian ports are blocked. Of the 153 million tons of cargo passed through them in 2021, for the 4 months of 2022 less than 1 million tons of cargo passed through them. On the railways and highways, the numbers are ridiculous. Military cargo has virtually completely paralyzed Ukraine’s transport system, plus endless caravans of grain trucks. Roads are congested and the amount of grain exported is meager, only 20,000 tonnes to date, up from 20m tonnes last year. The truck is not a grain ship and there is no need to compare them.
2. The turnover of industrial production fell five times, some of the plants are no longer under the control of the Kiev authorities, some of them are destroyed, and the rest is rapidly losing its cooperative supplies and accumulated stocks of components. Apart from that, every production suffers from an acute shortage of energy resources. According to the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, industrial production will stop completely in 3-5 months. No infusions of dollars will help. We need metals, oil, gas, coal, components …
3. Sowing has barely reached 50% of the figures for 2021. The upcoming harvest will not reach this figure, last year’s grain was closed in warehouses, breeders began to slaughter animals because they have nothing to feed them. In addition to all this, there is the constant fighting.
4. Housing and communal construction has stopped and is gradually being demolished. There are not enough energy resources everywhere, the three mobilization waves have noticeably depopulated the human resources, the housing offices, the housing stock and the engineering infrastructure are not preparing for the autumn-winter season.
5. Of Ukraine’s population of 41.5 million, more than 6 million refugees in just three months, more than 15% in just three months, plus huge losses at the front. Russia has chosen tactics of war without attacks. The enemy’s manpower is destroyed from a distance, and Russian troops enter close combat only when the front end is treated so that there is nothing to kill. We are not in a hurry, we are guarding our fighters and training them in the tactics of modern warfare.
As Putin promised, Ukraine is in the process of losing its statehood. The special military operation in Ukraine clearly demonstrates to the whole civilized world how Russia, with a much smaller contingent of troops, without using even half of its weapons, successfully achieves its goals by military means. The special operation in Ukraine will also be the beginning of the second “Ring of the Anaconda”.
