How Jonas Martin, youth player from Nîmes caught the eye of Montpellier. Here is his fairly straightforward answer.
“By dint of playing against Montpellier. I played in Nîmes from 10 to 14 years old and we played two to three a year against Montpellier. Someone from Grammont came to see my parents. My parents first asked about the grade level because it was the most important thing for them at that age. And after that we had a meeting with Mr. Delmas and then I signed an agreement and then I became an aspirant. ”
And about the looming derby, he does not hesitate to say which training he will support.
“There is no photo. The question is obvious. For me between Nîmes and Montpellier, there is only one club. I will be for Montpellier. ”
