No change possible due to permanent contract? (training and studies, work)

Hallo
In 2014 I completed my exam to become a nurse and have been working in nursing ever since.
I’ve already worked in the diakonie for 8.5 years and only recently changed and now it turns out that I don’t like it that much there.
My problem is, however, that I have almost no possibility to switch back.
The reason for this is that I had an open-ended employment contract with the Diakonie and only started taking it over from my new employer under this aspect. i.e. my probationary period is now over, I have a permanent employment contract with an employer who doesn’t appeal to me as much as my previous one.
What’s more, I can’t really switch. I have a loan that I have to pay monthly (house) and a risk going into permanent employment is very risky. I know, lack of care, etc., but you have no idea how difficult it is to get a permanent contract that is also paid reasonably well.
With a 30-hour week, I currently get around 2200 to 2500 net, depending on how many night shifts I do. My old employer was very good, but there were no nights there and I would slip back to 2000 € net with 35 hours of day work.

What could you recommend me? In addition, I have a bad conscience because I have now been specially trained and I like my colleagues very much. The main reason would actually be my commute to work. I now drive 20 minutes instead of the previous 10 minutes and I thought it wouldn’t bother me. Now the current fuel prices really bother me…
