The Tour de France starts next Saturday, but in the week before that two cycling events can be seen live at the NOS: from tomorrow the NK in Wijster and from Monday the European championships in Plouay, France.
The Dutch men have met at the European Championship Mathieu van der Poel certainly a contender for the gold, but especially among the women, there are many guns at the start, including Annemiek van Vleuten, Anna van der Breggen and Marianne Vos.

Saturday, 3.30 pm: On NPO 1, NOS.nl and in the NOS app, the NOS broadcasts the road race for women. They drive seventeen laps of 7.3 kilometers up and around the VAM mountain. Van Vleuten is the big favorite, but also pay attention to Van der Breggen, Vos, Lucinda Brand, Chantal Blaak and Amy Pieters.
