When I saw the film, I thought I should tell Djo, but I kept quiet because I thought it would upset him if I told him: Nivin Pauly
Nivin Pauly said that when he saw the film, he felt that the acting of Djo, a Malayali from India, was not enough. Nivin said he felt the need to tell Dijo this while watching the film, but he didn’t because he thought it would upset him. Nivin said this in an interview given by Veena to Originals regarding Malayali inspiration from India.
In response to Nivin, Dijo said that he is no longer acting. Dijo said that there is no acting program from now on. Dijo had a small role in the first movie Queen and later Jana Gana Mana. After this, Dijo showed his face in front of the camera in his third film Malayali From India.
‘Dijo’s acting is not enough. While I was watching the film, I was thinking how I would tell him this. Now that someone has mentioned this, I think he will think for himself and make a good decision,’ said Nivin.
‘My decision is that I’m not going to do it anymore, I’m not going to do that job anymore. I think everyone will be happy with this decision,’ said Dijo.
Meanwhile Malayali from India are getting mixed responses. After Jana Gana Mana, the film directed by Dijo is above average. Apart from Nivin Pauly, the film also stars Dhyan Srinivasan, Anaswara Rajan, Manju Pillai and others.
