The now adult Spencer Elden announced earlier this week that he is suing the band for child porn because he was too young to give permission for the nude photo 30 years ago. The bassist therefore seems to have found the solution and shares a new cover of an empty pool without the baby on Instagram. “The new cover of #Nevermind,” he captioned it.
