A dramatic traffic accident occurred overnight from Friday to Saturday in Niort. A 22-year-old biker suffered a fatal loss of control on Boulevard Georges-Pompidou. Hidden by the crash barrier, many passing motorists did not see it. It was nevertheless one of these motorists who sounded the alert.
