Along with the financial results report for the last quarter, Nintendo has updated its list of best-selling games.
The list of best-selling games is headed, how could it be otherwise, by the legendary Mario Kart 8: Deluxe with 46.8 million copies sold on Switch alone, a figure that is still far from final. Animal Crossing: New Horizons it’s still going strong and is approaching 40 million copies, though it doesn’t seem likely it’ll catch up with the racing game.
Among the new entries, deserves special mention Nintendo Switch Sportswhich starts with an impressive 4.84 million copies sold. Mario Strikers: Battle League Football it has also had a good launch with 1.91 million sales. Kirby and the Forgotten Land it has sold 4.53 million copies since its release at the end of March and becomes the fastest-selling title in the series.
