Nintendo Switch surpasses 89 million consoles sold with Super Mario 3D World and New Pokémon Snap boasting good results

Yesterday it was Sony that brought to light the results of its latest financial report and this time it was up to Nintendo show how it fared during the first quarter of the current fiscal year, from April 1 to June 30. Starting with the hybrid console, the figure reached 84.59 million consoles sold last time. Since then the amount has increased by an additional 4.45 million, which means that they have currently been sold worldwide 89.04 million, so it would not be surprising if at this rate it ends up exceeding a hundred before the end of the year.



Moving on to what has to do with video games, in this case a whopping amount of 45.28 million units in just three months. In the ranking of the ten most successful titles Mario Kart 8 Deluxe continues at the top as the undisputed leader and also highlights the appearance of Ring Fit Adventure in the top 10.
