Hitekno.com – The company has released a new trailer that reveals the whereabouts of Nintendo Switch On line. In the following we will provide a comparison between Nintendo Switch OLED vs Switch standar.

The latest trailer has been uploaded by Nintendo’s YouTube channel on Tuesday (06/07/2021). We can see about the Nintendo Switch OLED model which carries a larger screen.

Judging by Nintendo’s official website, the OLED model has a 7-inch screen. This is larger than the standard version which has a 6.2-inch LCD screen.

Nintendo lists this Switch OLED model as only supporting 1080p via TV mode. Whereas earlier rumors claimed that the device might support 4K resolution, thanks to Nvidia chip upgrades.

But we don’t seem to see that in the latest trailer. In addition to the new screen, the model console this revised includes an adjustable stand on the table.

The Nintendo Switch OLED has 64 GB of internal memory, an increase from the previous model which was only 32 GB. The device is also slightly longer and heavier at 0.32 kilograms.

Quoted from Tech Radar, The Nintendo Switch OLED has emissive pixels. That means the black parts of the screen image will look very pitch black even if you play under the covers in perfect darkness.

On the standard Nintendo Switch, black tends to be a little gray in perfect darkness. OLED Switch is much better when used to play games before going to bed with the above conditions. Even so, it only applies to users with these habits.

The Nintendo Switch OLED will go on sale starting October 8 for $350. This means that it’s $50 more expensive than the standard Switch when it first launched at $300.

Another difference is that the OLED Switch has a kickstand that is better designed and wider than the standard version. The Nintendo Switch OLED has an additional Ethernet (LAN) port on the dock. You can take a cable from your home internet router, plug it into the dock to enjoy a more reliable signal than the Wi-Fi connection from the Switch itself.
