Nintendo apologizes for the errors in the Scarlett and Violet version of the Pokémon game

Users of the popular Nintendo computer game have encountered many problems in the Scarlett and Violet version of the game which prompted the company to apologize to the players within the set of notes in the updated version of the game released last Thursday.

The Scarlett and Violet version had several issues, from a stable frame rate to missing character models to occasional crashes. The problem has turned into a competition between users via the social network Twitter for who can find the most bugs in the game.

“We understand that players may experience some issues affecting game performance,” wrote Nintendo in the feedback group. “Our goal has always been to provide players with a positive experience with our games and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by bugs. We take players’ complaints and opinions seriously and work to improve the games.” .

CNET.com, which specializes in tech issues, noted that the pack of notes the company provided in the updated version is the largest ever for the Pokemon game, but doesn’t explain much since the new game’s launch two weeks ago.

Nintendo said that in addition to “fixing specific bugs”, the updated version fixes a bug that causes music to play incorrectly.
