Nintendo and Lego come with Mario Lego sets – Gaming – .Geeks

Lego sets of Super Mario are coming, as Nintendo and Lego have announced. The figures like Mario and Yoshi are bigger than a regular lego doll and are provided with sensors, a screen and a speaker. This allows them to grab physical coins and utter cries while playing.

In a set, players get a start and a finish, and can build levels in between with all kinds of familiar elements from the games, including green pipes and blocks with question marks. Lego reports. According to both companies, it is not about a game and not about a traditional Lego set, but about something in between. It doesn’t work with a Switch, Cnet claims.

Mario can detect which blocks he is on and then respond to them by showing something on the screen or making something heard through the speaker, according to the video that Lego has put online. Both companies will later announce more details about the series of Lego sets. The sets should be released later this year, the companies said.
